French President Emmanuel Macron wants to ban social media across Europe for those under 15. In a letter to Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, he asks her to draft EU legislation to that end. His initiative follows the decision by France’s Constitutional Council, which rejected French legislation on the matter in August.
