VRT is working on ‘King of Hearts’, a new drama series about King Baudouin (1930–1993). The series follows him as a young, uncertain prince who unexpectedly ascends the Belgian throne. He then gradually tries to break free from the influence of his father, King Leopold III. The production is billed as a prestigious historical drama.
