Dutch company PAL-V has received permission from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to produce its flying car. The vehicle has three wheels and three folding rotor blades and resembles a small helicopter. Further tests will be carried out over the next 18 months. If they go according to plan, the first vehicles could take off in 2028.
