Lotto-Intermarché sign Guillaume Martin; Soudal Quick-Step sign Ben Turner

Cycling’s transfer market officially opens on 1 August for next-season contracts. Lotto-Intermarché are bringing experienced French rider Guillaume Martin on board. At the same time, Soudal Quick-Step are strengthening their classics squad with Briton Ben Turner; the transfers are among the first moves announced during the transfer period.
