East Flanders still reports complaints about PPP, but at acceptable level

PPP says newspaper delivery is now running smoothly and that complaints are far lower than during the launch phase. However, the Postal Ombudsman occasionally records a slight increase in complaints in East Flanders. Two years ago, some municipalities faced major problems; according to the newspaper distributor, the current level is now within acceptable limits.
