Driven hunts to prevent further wild boar damage in Houthalen-Helchteren

In Lillo, part of Houthalen-Helchteren, two silent driven hunts for wild boar will take place in the coming months. In recent weeks, the animals have dug up many residents’ gardens, leading Mayor Alain Yzermans to say the situation has got out of hand. He is asking residents to report sightings and file damage claims.
