Legal battle begins over Dolly Parton's estate

Bryan Seaver, a cousin of the late country singer Dolly Parton, and her manager Danny Nozell are facing each other in court. Nozell is seeking a restraining order after alleging that Seaver threatened him with weapons and “sweet revenge.” The conflict also appears to involve millions from Parton’s estate.
