Asse again seeks to sell Kobbegem’s former town hall and village school

Asse municipality is once again putting Kobbegem’s former town hall and old village school on the market together. Bidding starts at €500,000. Asse says renovating the buildings was not financially viable for the municipality. Interested parties can therefore bid on both buildings as a single property through this sale process.
