Tenant has home declared uninhabitable but refuses to leave

A tenancy case involving a property with six rented rooms in Aalst came before the justice of the peace on Tuesday. One tenant also requested a housing inspection, after which the mayor declared the building uninhabitable. Yet he refuses to leave, while the other residents have since moved out. The owner is asking him to leave; the judge questioned that stance.
