Apple won't bring new photo features to older iPhones after all

Apple has withdrawn two new photo controls for texture and grain on the iPhone 17 and older models. This is stated in an amended footnote to the press release for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. The controls are therefore tied to the announced iPhone generation, leaving the iPhone 17 and older models unsupported.
