Jairon (14)'s death: family sees murder evidence, prosecution and defense don't

At the Antwerp assize trial over Jairon's death, both the defense and the prosecution say there is no evidence that the defendants intended to murder him. The prosecutor is nevertheless seeking a conviction for withholding food and care resulting in death. His mother and family are seeking a murder conviction. The jury will deliberate tomorrow.
