Chinese car brands account for one in three plug-in hybrids sold in Europe

Last month, Chinese car brands accounted for about a third of all plug-in hybrids sold in Europe. According to market researcher Dataforce, they thus once again reached a record share of the European car market. Buyers delaying the switch to fully electric driving are increasingly opting for more affordable hybrid models from Chinese manufacturers. This trend is strengthening their position in Europe.
