French-speaking Belgian teens less fit, Adeps study finds

Since 1994, Adeps has regularly tracked the physical abilities of French-speaking adolescents in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. The latest edition of its barometer measures how several abilities have changed over the years. For the first time, the study also examines young people’s sporting habits, complementing its assessment of their physical fitness. These data provide a better measure of the changes observed.
