Medical specialist, 27, crashes into tree after staff party

The Bruges police court fined a 27-year-old medical specialist in training for an alcohol-related accident. After a staff party, the man drove his car into a tree. His defence said he had drunk several glasses of cava after several demanding weeks and weekends. The court imposed a fine.
