Putin's party beaten in at least 40 countries, including Belgium

Russia's ruling party, United Russia, did not come first among Russian nationals who voted in Belgium in the legislative elections. Voters there preferred New People, a party that therefore finished ahead of the movement backed by Vladimir Putin. Official results also place it behind in at least 40 countries.
