Ostend’s “How’s it going?” posters are a youth council campaign

The posters and banners reading “How’s it going?!” appearing around Ostend are an initiative of the revamped youth council. The council aims to encourage young people to share their views on issues that concern them. Through the initiative, they can respond whenever it suits them, without lengthy meetings or obligations, says Hannes Meuleman of the youth service.
