Man, 63, hits car with mother breastfeeding inside

A 63-year-old man was convicted of hit-and-run by Bruges police court. Last year in Dentergem, he hit a parked car in which a woman was breastfeeding. The court imposed a fine and a driving ban. He said he drove on because he had to go to the bakery.
