7-year-old Hamza wandered alone in Merchtem and paid with his life

Seven-year-old Hamza was murdered after wandering alone in Merchtem with his iPad. Hours earlier, police had returned him to his mother and uncle, but he later suffered fatal abuse, allegedly by his uncle. His mother accused the uncle of her son's death.
