By 2050, 95% of hospitals and care homes must be heat-resistant

Currently, only 5% of hospitals and care homes in Belgium are heat-resistant. To meet energy standards by 2050, extensive renovations are needed, but Niko Demeester from Embuild warns that this renovation wave is progressing too slowly and will cost billions.
