Aalter’s St Cornelius Church to shine again after eight-month restoration

The tower of St Cornelius Church in Aalter has been fully restored after eight months of work. The surrounding area was temporarily unsafe after debris fell. The tower received new paint and lighting, while the clock hands were also replaced. The scaffolding will be removed this week, making the refreshed tower visible again from the E40.
