15-year-old under influence crashes, 18-year-old passenger critically injured

An 18-year-old passenger was critically injured in an accident on the N9 in Lievegem, East Flanders, on Saturday evening. She was riding a moped driven by a 15-year-old boy. According to police, he fled from a check, drove under the influence of drugs into parked cars and then crashed into a stationary tractor-trailer.
