Child seriously injured after being hit on Brussels' Stalingrad Avenue

A child was seriously injured in a traffic accident on Stalingrad Avenue in Brussels on Sunday afternoon. A car hit the young victim shortly before 3 p.m., the Brussels fire brigade confirms.
