Paramount settles with states over Warner Bros takeover

Paramount Skydance has reached a settlement with twelve U.S. states that opposed its planned acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. According to Paramount's CEO, the agreement removes the final legal obstacle to the merger of the two media companies. The $111 billion transaction can now proceed.
