Belgium and Rwanda restore diplomatic relations

Belgium and Rwanda have restored diplomatic relations. Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot announced the decision on Tuesday evening. It applies to the official ties between the two countries. Prévot announced the restoration in his capacity as minister responsible for Belgian foreign policy and diplomatic relations with other countries.
