One in three Belgians pays bills late as more fall into debt

One in three Belgians pays at least one bill late, according to a report by financial services and debt collection company Intrum. The share rose to 32% this year, compared with 19% last year. In addition, one in ten Belgians is in debt. The figures point to growing payment problems among Belgian households.
