German police seize 33,000 banned CDs, records and cassettes

German police have seized more than 33,000 audio recordings in a major operation targeting the production and sale of neo-Nazi music. The haul mainly comprised CDs, vinyl records and cassettes. Searches were carried out in several German states and at manufacturers in Estonia, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic. The operation targeted the distribution of banned music.
