Carl Devos: “The middle class pays, especially young people”

Political scientist Carl Devos warns that the middle class, especially young people, is bearing the heaviest burden under the new Flemish budget agreement. He says companies and property are being spared to stimulate growth, while ordinary people feel the cost. He also sees no prospects, while even tougher measures are still to come at federal level.
