Two giants under one roof: Paramount and Warner Bros. become Skydance

Paramount and Warner Bros. are being brought together in a new entertainment company named Skydance. CEO David Ellison, 43, announced this on X. The merger is expected to be completed on October 6, after which the two media groups will continue under the new name. The deal thus brings both media groups together in a single company.
