Residents write giant “HELP” in dried-up Jura lake

Lac des Brenets, on the French-Swiss border, is almost completely dry. Locals have put the giant words “HELP” and “SOS” on the overgrown lakebed. Through the action, they are protesting what they see as government inaction. Residents remember swimming here every summer as children.
