Russian oligarch paid for Trump's son's wedding

Russian businessman Oumar Kremlyov says he was reimbursed for the money he spent on parties surrounding Donald Trump's son's wedding. Kremlyov made the statement in Istanbul. He said the amount was repaid, although he did not understand why. He said he did not consider the payment a special gift.
