National protest in Brussels: damage caused to draw attention

A national protest brought around 50,000 people to central Brussels, according to the FGTB. Participants raised numerous demands around one central message: that money should be sought “where it is,” particularly from the wealthiest. Damage also marked the gathering and drew attention.
