Pedestrian dies after being hit in Kalmthout, driver arrested

A pedestrian died Monday morning after a traffic accident in Kalmthout, in Antwerp province. The man was hit by a passenger car on a crosswalk. The driver continued driving after the collision and left the scene. He was later arrested. It was a fatal traffic accident in Kalmthout.
