Radja Nainggolan, 38, again gets 15-day driving ban

Former Red Devil Radja Nainggolan, 38, was convicted in Antwerp for using his phone while riding an electric scooter. The judge imposed a 15-day driving ban and a €400 fine. His lawyer, Omar Souidi, confirms the conviction. It is the second time Nainggolan has received a driving ban.
