Green light for hospital merger in Anderlecht, Ixelles and Saint-Gilles

On Thursday evening, the municipal councils of Anderlecht, Ixelles and Saint-Gilles approved the expansion of the Les Hôpitaux Universitaires de Bruxelles group. The project now includes Saint-Pierre University Hospital and Iris Sud Hospitals. The decision gives local approval to the Brussels hospital merger, which now brings together several university and public hospitals in the capital.
