16-year-old boy kills teacher and three children in Oregon shooting

A teacher and three children were shot dead at an elementary school in Bend, Oregon. Police confirmed that 16-year-old John J. Griffin II was the shooter. The boy was a former pupil at the school and reportedly fired a shotgun up to 15 times. A day later, officers continued investigating the tragedy.
