Faulty parking meter: no need to find another, Court of Cassation rules

The Court of Cassation has ruled that drivers do not have to look for another parking meter when the meter at a paid parking space is defective. In that case, they may use their blue parking disc. The decision clarifies how motorists should act when payment is impossible because of a faulty machine at such paid parking spaces.
