Man in his 30s prosecuted for defrauding 92-year-old woman in Walcourt

The Namur public prosecutor’s office sought 260 hours of community service for a man born in 1988, who is being prosecuted before the Dinant Criminal Court. He is accused of defrauding a 92-year-old woman between March and August 2026 in Walcourt. The court must now examine the case and rule on the sentence.
