KU Leuven and Google digitize over 100,000 books from Leuven libraries

In three years, KU Leuven Libraries and Google digitized 101,807 books from Leuven library collections. The final shipment, comprising 5,000 books, returned to Leuven today from Google’s scanning centre. This marks the completion of the joint project. Everyone can consult the digitized works free of charge online, making the collections digitally accessible to a broad audience.
