Federal budget: Six organisations propose €750m healthcare plan

A coalition of six Belgian organisations has presented a five-point emergency plan for healthcare. Its proposals aim to free up as much as €750 million a year by 2029 to safeguard health insurance. They respond to cost-cutting measures affecting patients and form part of the debate over the federal budget.
