More High Fens areas to reopen Monday

The municipality of Waimes announced that several areas of the High Fens will reopen to the public from Monday afternoon. Visitors will be able to access them following restrictions imposed after the fire that affected the region. Burned or weakened areas will nevertheless remain closed until further notice for safety reasons, the municipality said.
