Jolien (30) and Kobe (30) planned a seaside reception—then Austen hit

Storm Austen threatened Kobe Steyaert and Jolien Declercq’s (both 30) wedding reception in Middelkerke on Friday. The newlyweds had planned a marquee by the sea, but had to find an alternative because of the storm. Neighbors and colleagues from Bistro Westenwind, which the couple runs on the seafront promenade, helped them 25 meters away. The celebration could therefore go ahead.
