Midair collision between military aircraft kills four pilots in Philippines

During an exercise at Fernando military air base in the Philippines, two military aircraft collided in midair. Four pilots were killed. Alvin Capinguian, spokesperson for the Philippine Air Force, confirmed that the victims were flying the aircraft involved in the exercise. The collision occurred during a military training flight.
