Brussels: De Brouckère Square’s blue cube had no permit

The blue cube for the Prodigy12 immersive event, installed this summer on De Brouckère Square in Brussels, did not have the required administrative permit. The event attracted visitors throughout the summer in the heart of the capital. Tickets sold for up to €29, even though the temporary installation lacked authorization.
