‘Billionaires’ island’ to soon open to ‘ordinary’ tourists

The French island of Cavallo, known for its luxury villas, white beaches and clear blue sea, has attracted Hollywood stars, royals and wealthy holidaymakers since the 1960s. As a result, the destination is considered an exclusive enclave for the international jet set. The mayor wants to make the island more accessible soon to tourists outside that small elite.
