PFAS pollution in Uccle: municipality joins legal action against Sicli

The municipality of Uccle announced Tuesday that it would voluntarily intervene as a party in the environmental injunction action over PFAS pollution. The proceedings were initiated by Brussels Environment and the Brussels-Capital Region against Sicli’s bankruptcy administrators. The move brings Uccle into the Brussels legal case concerning the contamination.
