Inami seeks 1,200 home-care workers to prevent shortage

On Tuesday, Inami presented a plan to recruit 1,200 additional home-care professionals. It targets 600 nurses and 600 certified nursing assistants currently working in other sectors. Financial aid will support their training and integration. The scheme will be funded by the “White Coats” fund, created in 2021 to promote nursing employment.
