Child seriously injured after being hit by car in Arlon

A child was seriously injured in Arlon after being hit by a motorist. The driver tested positive for drugs during a check carried out after the collision. The victim remains seriously injured, but their life is not in danger despite the apparent severity of the traffic accident.
