Parcel courier tasered in Amsterdam to file complaint against officer

The parcel courier who was detained by an officer using a Taser in Amsterdam on Thursday will file a complaint against the officer involved, lawyer Gerald Roethof says. According to Roethof, using the stun weapon was wholly unjustified in this situation, and police should not have used it during the arrest.
