FPS expert fired for browsing Russian dating sites

The FPS Social Security dismissed an IT expert who visited Russian dating and pornographic sites on his work computer. The employee had also fallen victim to a phishing attempt. His employer accused him of exposing federal systems, but the Council of State ordered the FPS to resume paying his salary.
