After cyberattack on Binance, customers withdraw nearly $5bn

Since a cyberattack on Binance late last week, customers have withdrawn $4.7 billion in assets from the crypto exchange. That is equivalent to approximately €4.19 billion. A Binance spokesperson confirmed the amount on Monday morning. The outflow follows the attack and concerns assets customers held on the platform.
